Acá les comparto este relato pequeño para colaborar a la iniciativa de @hispa.literario!
No todos los pepinos son iguales. Y eso se percibe en lugares donde, una lucha de poder por un pepino y sus acompañantes, enriquece la travesía que luego uno materializa mientras sirve cualquier cena en el trancurrir de los días.
Decir que los pepinos son iguales y que no importa su color o su textura al paladar, es otra lucha de poder que a veces alguien logra disuadir si es capaz de convencer a los implicados con una alegría por un talismán.
Los hay gordos, acomodados y de poca gracia para resultar agradables. Esos, abundan en las fincas de los incapaces. Ojo, son incapaces, pero su poca gracia en ocasiones se torna tan globalizada, que a veces muchos les siguen y aceptan comer a pesar de sus cáscaras amarillas, como si fueren personas que no comprenden que las opciones existen y al menos deben ser consideradas.
Por suerte, la tierra persigue a la fertilidad, aunque la lógica indica sea al revés, y podemos encontrar a aquellos, cuya figura ya nos indica que son confiables y pueden ser consumidos sin peligro alguno. La empatía que emanan, y su capacidad, de acompañar a otras variantes de platos servidos en cualquier mesa o dispensa, nos ilusionan y garantizan que todo bocado provisto sería recibido con placer.
El talismán es el pepino en sí mismo. Lo necesario es que sepamos crear condiciones para que no se convierta en una carga, sino en la alegría que todos necesitamos. Entonces, la tierra jamás dejará de ser fértil, y la lucha de poder, solo sería historia para contar en otro relatos.

Not all cucumbers are the same. And that is perceived in places where a power struggle over a cucumber and its companions enriches the journey that one then materializes while serving any dinner as the days go by.
Saying that cucumbers are the same and that their color or texture on the palate does not matter is another power struggle that sometimes someone manages to dissuade if they are able to convince those involved with a joy for a talisman.
There are those who are fat, well-off and not very graceful enough to be pleasant. Those abound on the farms of the incapable. Be careful, they are incapable, but their lack of grace sometimes becomes so globalized that sometimes many follow them and accept to eat despite their yellow shells, as if they were people who do not understand that options exist and must at least be considered.
Luckily, the earth pursues fertility, although logic indicates it is the other way around, and we can find those whose figure already tells us that they are reliable and can be consumed without any danger. The empathy they emanate, and their ability to accompany other variants of dishes served at any table or dispensary, excite us and guarantee that every bite provided would be received with pleasure.
The talisman is the cucumber itself. What is necessary is that we know how to create conditions so that it does not become a burden, but rather the joy that we all need. Then, the land will never stop being fertile, and the power struggle would only be a story to tell in other stories.
