RE: Understanding the scam

That $100k story is why I despised sales. I, as you can surmise, have also run across scam artists, and similarly been disappointed. What I learned is that it is me that disappointed me most of all. Replacing the IRS with the ERS sounded great. It would be very progressive, enabling folks to avoid taxes by buying American, and that would be an enormous benefit to folks husbanding their resources.

But, what we get is tariffs used as a negotiation tactic, and DOGE doesn't touch the IRS when it sacks Treasury. Honestly, I saw that coming, because when I was disappointed in me for falling for scams, I learned that it required believing liars when they lied to me, and that once someone tells me who they are by lying to me, I need to believe them and count on them being a liar every time they tell me something. Trump's not a newly minted liar, so I don't believe a word he says.

There's lots of liars out there, and folks that don't want to disappoint ourselves need to believe them that they're liars the first time they lie to us, so that we can't be fooled again.

Thanks!
