Habits come from what we always do. The little tiny things we do add up to give us a great magnitude of whatever we see in ourselves. Life might be just a unit cell. But as that cell, gives us a tissue, we have an organ from the tissue, and from the organ we have an organism. That’s how bit by bit habits grow.

Try to improve every day in whatever you do. The tiny improvements you have in whatever you do give you that self-control. When you are in control you manage whatever, you want and decide to have your way around everything. From the strategy of aggregations of marginal grains, which is searching for that tiny improvement in whatever you do every day. You wake up and go off to the gym, trying to figure out that tiny thing gained today from it. from there, you know that you are a percent closer to the results you need. When there is a system to measure how you improve, a fault can be detected to be fixed there is one.

Choices determine the difference between you and the future.
Whatever you choose today becomes a habit. A habit you can’t live without for years to come. If you grow and become fun of saving, you grow up having a lot of money and knowing how to save it. financial literacy becomes a habit and you are assured of a great future projecting these habits. But wake up each day with the mindset of not knowing what can do the next day and yours is just to spend what is there today. It becomes a habit with time which affects you. It drains you and you don’t know how to manage that yourself. In as much as we do things, we should know, we are what we do and that’s how we grow not to have a way to live without certain things until we build a system to help us fix it.

People often go back to the old ways. The ways that didn’t help them because they weren’t getting results. When you have a goal, you set proper systems to achieve that. A good system will give us great results which will give us a great goal achieved. When there is a problem in attaining a goal set, it isn’t the goal that’s the problem but the process, the system in place to get to that goal is the problem. When we learn to focus on systems that will make us great rather than the goals and results, we seek, we will get there without even sweating. As Jacob Ribs said in the book, “When nothing seems to help, I go and look at a stonecutter hammering away his rock, perhaps a hundred times without as much as a crack showing in it. yet at the hundred and first blow, it spilled into two, and I know it was not that last blow that did it but all that had gone before.”

The problems we face come from how we react to them. Remember winners and losers have the same goals. But where does the difference come from? If you can’t identify it then we have a major problem. When you have a goal the next is how and what is in place to attain that. The system to lead the process is more important than the goal. When we have a great system in place, the goal will come. But with the goal without any system, it will be a wish you will speak of every time.

The book is great and I have learned a lot from just the first chapter. We will learn more from it as we will talk about all the chapters as I read. Thanks for passing by. If you have read it, tell me what you think about this first chapter.
