RE: WHY I READ WHAT I DID FOR LOVE BY JACOB BONTOGON AND GET TO KNOW THE CRAZY THINGS I DID FOR LOVE😋

in Hive Book Club3 years ago

Wow, ka-brave jud bitaw nimu kay nag-solo bus travel ka sa Mindanao, miss @sassycebuana, hehe. As for your question, I don't know if this qualifies as crazy, but it was a grand gesture for me: I wrote an entire one-act play for a guy I had a long-term relationship with at the time. It was inspired by the relationship, and it was good enough to be staged at Cebu Coliseum as one of the "Pi7o ka Drama sa Pebrero" produced by UC, Cornelio Faigao Playwriting Workshop, and OurHouse. We may not have lasted, but the story lives on. 😊

Awww... That's really sweet. . You see,we all do so many things for love and later that memory makes us smile or even laugh. I'm just glad I did that, I have something to lookback 😂😁 I haven't realized that it was dangerous for me to do that, given that wala Jud koi hanaw sa place haha.

I think that's the power of love. It gives us the courage to do something we never would have done sober, hehe.
