RE: Book Review: A Farewell To Arms By Ernest Hemingway

I never read Hemingway, though his books are heavily marketed here. I read Sebastian Faulks novels about WWII, and I loved those, but I'm not sure if Hemingway's works will give a similar experience. Thank you for your review, though.

A Farewell to Arms was my first Hemingway read. I'd love to explore more books about the World Wars. Thanks for the recommendation! I'll definitely check out Sebastian Faulks' works as well.

Sebastian Faulks's Charlotte Gray might be a good place to start 😉

Superb! I hope the ebook is online.

I forgot to mention that this book is a part of a trilogy (French Trilogy), but each book has different characters, so they can be read as standalone books. The titles of the first two books are The Girl at the Lion d'Or and Birdsong. I've read them all, but Charlotte Gray is my favorite, though it can be a heavy read with all those historical facts and details about the Holocaust.
