¡Hola amigos lectores! ¿Les gustan los libros infantiles? A mí sí y es por eso que de vez en cuando me gusta leer alguna historia de este género que está pensado para niños, pero no deja de ser interesante para los adultos por las enseñanzas que pueden darnos. Hoy les quiero compartir la reseña de Paulita y su jardín mágico de la autora María Victoria García.

Today I want to share with you the review of Paulita y su jardín mágico by author María Victoria García.
Paulita es una niña de 7 años que vive con sus padres y dos hermanos mayores. A través de su imaginación nos invita a vivir aventuras y nos enseña su mundo, lo qué le gusta y cómo es la relación con su familia. Además, conoceremos a una flor muy especial que habita en su jardín que tiene el poder de hacerla pequeñita.
Paulita is a 7-year-old girl who lives with her parents and two older brothers. Through her imagination she invites us to live adventures and shows us her world, what she likes and how is her relationship with her family. In addition, we will meet a very special flower that lives in her garden that has the power to make her tiny.
Lo que más me gusta de esta clase de libros es la pureza y simpleza con la que se suelen abordar los obstáculos con los que se van cruzando los pequeños protagonistas, en este caso Paulita. Ella es una niña con mucha imaginación y gracias a eso podrá vivir grandes aventuras que las irá compartiendo con nosotros a lo largo de las páginas de esta historia.
What I like most about this kind of books is the purity and simplicity with which the obstacles that the little protagonists, in this case Paulita, come across are usually approached. She is a little girl with a great imagination and thanks to that she will be able to live great adventures that she will share with us throughout the pages of this story.
Es un libro corto, pero cargado de enseñanzas que invitan a reflexionar. Aborda los problemas desde la simpleza de una niña de 7 años, con una mentalidad bastante despierta para su edad. Paulita es una protagonista que se hace querer desde el principio, además de ser una niña muy inteligente.
It is a short book, but loaded with thought-provoking teachings. It approaches the problems from the simplicity of a 7 year old girl, with a very alert mentality for her age. Paulita is a protagonist who endears herself from the beginning, besides being a very intelligent girl.
Quizá no entendí mucho como funcionaba la dinámica de la flor que la solía encoger porque no entendía cuando volvía a ser normal de nuevo. Está claro que todo era producto de su imaginación, pero igualmente, por momentos se tornaba un poco confuso por este lado. Se supone que esta era la idea central del libro, pero quedo un poco empañado por otras cuestiones que no tuvieron nada que ver con la flor de su jardín.
Maybe I didn't really understand how the dynamics of the flower that used to shrink it worked because I didn't understand when it became normal again. It's clear that it was all a figment of her imagination, but still, at times it was a bit confusing on this side. This was supposed to be the central idea of the book, but it was a bit clouded by other issues that had nothing to do with the flower in her garden.
De todos modos, disfruté mucho de la lectura y me gustó el mensaje de que no importa lo pequeño que nos sintamos a veces porque es solo temporal y volveremos a crecer. También amé cada una de las ilustraciones que aparecen en cada relato y que acompañan muy bien a la historia. Sin dudas, es una lectura que recomiendo para toda la familia, sobre todo su hay niños en sus casas.
Anyway, I really enjoyed the read and liked the message that it doesn't matter how small we feel sometimes because it is only temporary and we will grow back. I also loved each of the illustrations that appear in each story and that accompany the story very well. Without a doubt, it is a reading that I recommend for the whole family, especially if there are children at home.

Suena como una historia encantadora y llena de enseñanzas, la imaginación de Paulita y su forma de afrontar los desafíos deben ser inspiradores tanto para niños como para adultos.
