I saved the best for last, this is a short almost 40 page read, in part devotional to Mother Mary written by the man himself during a controversial time. He still dared. They tried to burry his communications and writing publishing but here we are, we have them anyway. Thank you Padre Pio for this brief yet powerful blessing and shared wisdom. He has a few, I just got one for now to test, a future book order is just a matter of time anyway. He has one on the sufferance of Jesus as well. In this charming read, there is a middle section with black and white photo prints taken during his tenure with a brief description on the action being performed. It would be nice for the Catholic church historians or students could transcribe more of his work along with Father Amorth's work or literature acceptable for intellectual consumption and preserve their wisdom in the human form with our actions.

I’d say, this is the shit that you should be learned by everyone if they want to take generational wealth building seriously as a middle class. It may not contain a get rich scheme but it gives you a compelling argument to think about what’s happening around you and viewing the world with inequality in mind.

Let's see what I can say that hasn't already been said about One Hundred Years of Solitude, the quintessential Latin American novel. It had always been recommended to me but a couple of months ago I decided to read it. Well, in case anyone is late like me, One Hundred Years of Solitude is the novel that surely ended up winning the Nobel Prize for literature for Gabriel García Márquez. In short, it tells the story of the Buendia family and their "curse or defect" attributed to loneliness for seven generations.

When I read fiction, a lot of it is 1960's and 70's pulp sci-fi or space opera. I grew up watching Doctor Who and Blake's Seven. I guess that's reflected in a lot of the creative writing I do, as well But there's a second wave of science fiction writers who started publishing from the turn of the century, pioneered by writers like Iain M Banks. They took space opera and updated it in terms of both making the science a bit more credible, and breaking the black and white good/bad dichotomy by creating characters and plots that recognised shades of grey This book is a great example of this newer genre of science fiction. It's a bit frightening to think that it's already more than 20 years old !

For weeks, I was in a reading slump. I struggled to read books, both educational and recreational and I strongly believe this was caused by a novel that I still haven't finished reading. A few days ago, I decided to download a few books that were recommended to me a while back and just like that, I was gracefully dragged out of the reading slump. How I love good book recommendations.

find a good movie to watchI noticed that people were recommending “Behind Her Eyes”, and it sounded so familiar like I might already have it in my book library. Since I’d rather read a book before watching its movie adaptation, I decided to check if I had it. Sure enough, I found two books with the same title—one by Sarah Pinborough and the other by Lynn Hammond. To confirm which was the adaptation, I Googled the movie and also looked up the book while at it- the genre, themes, and online ratings.

Robert, a child born into a poor family, presents many stories about how he has a different perspective on money. He takes many points of view from two fathers, rich and poor, then makes it into one book that can be one of the encouragements in making decisions if you want to double your money.No, here it is not taught something illegal like printing money which is a criminal act. Where you can conclude that your money can be very much by making some wise decisions in managing your money. But, still, managing money must be done by having money first.

It only took me a week to devour Arthur C Clarke's tale Childhood's End. When you look back on it against the plethora of speculative fiction that became published since, you can trace back much inspiuration to this book, and of course, see where much of its inspiration came from by those publications that came before.

This time I want to retell the contents of the book that I just finished. This book is a book that has been adapted into a film with the same title. I was interested in reading the book because I was curious whether the filmmakers adapted it correctly. Okay, let me tell you what the contents of this book are.

The development of the protagonist is a strong point of the novel. At the beginning, Julia is severely devastated and disoriented, unable to find joy in her daily life, but little by little, as she delves deeper into this mystery, she starts regaining some enthusiasm for living. I believe that the evolution of this character is very well achieved, and they show us in a realistic way how pain can be transformed into determination and strength when motivation comes from something as personal as love and curiosity about family roots.

Hive Book Club is a community made by book lovers, for book lovers. A place where the chaotic minds of writers may punch away words from their keyboards as they share their writing adventures. Where passionate book collectors may rummage through their stacks of books to share and review their latest additions. Outside of our regular curation process, we may create contests for our community to participate in, and earn even more from their posts. How Do We Choose The Highlighted Posts?
For those of you curious as to how you may have been chosen or would like to be chosen in the future in one of these compilations: we scan through the community and read the many posts that the community members write. We then select four or five posts that we believe meet certain criteria and are worthy of sharing with the rest of the community. We aim to keep these selections diverse in style, from writing skills or subject matter.
