Hello Bibliophile!
Today, we are excited to announce our latest community initiative aimed at supporting more bibliophile and authors on hive. Our latest initiative is tipping posts from Hive Book Club that are past its payout and also from an underrewarded author.
For this initiative, we would like everyone to get involved. You can participate in this initiative by recommending someone else's post that you think is underrewarded and give reasoning to it. As a sharer, you will also receive tip from us for your effort and time. We also require you to leave a comment and engage with the author before dropping in the comment section of our highlight.
Additionally, we believe that transparency is crucial in building trust and fostering engagement within our community, and we are now committed to providing regular updates on our financials. So we would like to begin by mentioning some of our current situation;
First of all, in the previous community account @hive-180164, majority of its HP comes from @macchiata. Now, the account is in powerdown and the funds will be transferred to hivebookclub to funds contests and our future initiative.
Secondly, We will begin to add 20% from our weekly highlight for the tipping pool of our latest initiative.
Thirdly, occasionally, we also give 5% of our highlight to our community members that made it into the compilation.
In the future, we hope to expand our initiative and also growing our members. We hope through this report, we can provide some more insight into our community.
Last but not least, we also thank everyone in the community who contributes in either keeping the community alive or delegating some HP to our community. Every little bit helps. Together, we can make a difference and fostering the love of reading.
