She manages to capture something very inanely Irish, it's wonderful. I know what you mean about Ireland capturing you like that. There's something about Ireland. I haven't had time to properly explore it, but hope to soon. You might like Dublin too, sometime, maybe outside of those traditionally busy periods like St Patrick's. :)
I have not seen that, no. But from the trailer alone, I can't wait. Just the thing she says about seeing people working out how they can turn their life around to live there resonates a great deal :)) Thank you!!
I’ve downloaded the audiobook! I also bought Isaac Asimov’s Foundation series. The countryside and little villages of Ireland were what really spoke to me but I definitely want to experience Dublin someday. Killarney and Dingle were my favorite towns of our last trip. I think you’ll connect with “Blow Ins”, I did. I always had this dream of living abroad but I don’t think it’s in the cards for me this lifetime. If I did, (all things considered) Ireland would probably be where I’d make home base. The documentary does a great job of revealing their strong sense of community, tradition, and family. Let me know what you think once you watch! Enjoy your weekend my friend!
