Glad you enjoyed it. Another great book on habit change is by Gretchen Rubin. It's called Better Than Before. Where Clear gives you a single process for habit change, Rubin gives additional insights into how your specific personality may best integrate new habits into your life. I also love her podcast, Happier. It's got hundreds of episodes so you can binge for days if you want.
