Hola Hivers!!! Es un placer para mí estar de nuevo por acá, en esta oportunidad les compartiré información y mi opinión personal acerca de este libro tan viralizado, ya que, como en mis anteriores post he mencionado, amo leer.

Si bien este libro fue un “Boom” cuando fue publicado, actualmente vi varias publicaciones en las redes que lo volvieron a viralizar, pero ¿Por qué?

First of all, I want to mention that it is a "SELF-HELP" book. The author dedicates it "To all those people who have a broken heart, or who are going through a difficult situation".

Esa fue la intención de la autora, sin embargo existen muchas personas que no lo vieron así (a mí incluyéndome).
That was the author's intention, however there are many people who did not see it that way (myself included).
Mi opinión personal / My personal opinion
Lo leí hace unos cuantos años, cuando necesitaba “ayuda” y lo único que puedo decir es que no me sirvió en NADA.
Estéticamente es bonito, tiene colores que llaman la atención así como dibujos(que es la razón por la cual creo que se ha convertido en viral) pero su contenido es totalmente vacío. No te llena, no te deja ninguna enseñanza.
I read it a few years ago, when I needed "help" and all I can say is that it did not help me at ALL.
Aesthetically it's pretty, it has attention grabbing colors as well as drawings(which is the reason why I think it has gone viral) but its content is totally empty. It doesn't fill you up, it doesn't teach you anything.

Según mi criterio, el libro no aporta nada importante, ni siquiera algo que te haga reflexionar realmente. A pesar de que se denomine “Autoayuda” ya que, su poca narración consiste en frases que parecen sacadas de Pinterest, no creo que tengan coherencia entre sí.
According to my criteria, the book does not contribute anything important, not even something that makes you really reflect. Despite the fact that it is called "Self-Help" since, its little narrative consists of sentences that seem to be taken from Pinterest, I don't think they have coherence among themselves.
Lo leí en línea, y me di cuenta de su falta de conexión en términos contextuales, pienso que pudo dar muchísimo más en ello.
En conclusión: El libro está sobrevalorado.
La verdad, esperaba mucho más de este libro.
A pesar de no cumplir mis expectivas, resalto el hecho de que el libro fue escrito a mano, algo que requiere de tiempo y paciencia para quién lo realiza.
I read it online, and I realized its lack of connection in contextual terms, I think it could have given a lot more in it.
In conclusion: The book is overrated.
In truth, I expected much more from this book.
Despite not meeting my expectations, I highlight the fact that the book was written by hand, something that requires time and patience for whoever does it.

REMEMBER! Not everything that goes viral is useful. Not everything that is useful is viralized
Si quieren sanar de una ruptura les recomiendo leer libros de Wayne Dyer, escuchar música, salir con amistades, buscar otros enfoques, otras perspectivas, hacer cosas nuevas, innovarte…
If you want to heal from a breakup, I recommend reading Wayne Dyer's books, listening to music, going out with friends, looking for other approaches, other perspectives, doing new things, innovating...
