I suffer from a mental illness and sometimes I search books where I can recognize myself , I was very inspired by your review, it's hard find books about mental health that are realistic and not romanticized,it seems like you had an excellent impression of it, I too sometimes happen to be triggered by some parts of books on mental illness because I relate to it.
