Greetings Hivers, this will be my first participation in a review of a book I'm reading, the same consists of 34 fantastic chapters of which I have already read the first 5 and it has been good enough to dare not only to give a brief summary of the setting of the same and then to recommend it.
First of all, I will avoid as much as possible to make any kind of spoilers, based a little on the depths of certain characters without giving names and of course the expectation I have of the next chapters because although there have only been 5 parts very well tasted, I have to pause briefly to express how good I feel.
Alas de sangre is the Spanish name given to this fantasy saga that you can also get it under the name of Fourth Wing. At first glance when you look at the details of the book it makes you think that it is an adventure full of dragons and makes it clear that there is a lot of fantasy in it, so lovers of this type of reading are going to love it, because I include myself and now I have tasted it even more.
Not only that, these 5 chapters have transported me to the root of what seems to be a place where cadets are initiated to have the possibility to tame a dragon and be useful in what I hope will be a war with enemies that are unknown to me so far.
What is fascinating about this is that they are managed by factions, something that reminds me of a certain saga over there that has ended unfinished and was a total disappointment in its last installments. However, here they talk about “Scribes” and my logic leads me to think that they are the people who keep all the history and events since mankind has contact with dragons.
At the beginning, when I read the book the first thing I asked myself were the reasons why such powerful mystical beings that are even taken as gods in certain cultures, would have to ally with humans, and well, we can get that answer in the first chapters, which is a respite from the possibility of starting with gaps.
Saludos Hivers, esta será mi primera participación en una reseña de un libro que estoy leyendo, la misma consta de 34 fantásticos capítulos del cual ya he leído los primeros 5 y a sido lo suficientemente bueno como para atreverme no solo a dar un pequeño resumen de la ambientación del mismo y pues de recomendarlo.
Primero que todo, evitaré en la medida de las posibilidades hacer cualquier tipo de spoilers, basándome un poco en las profundidades de ciertos personajes sin dar nombres y por supuesto la expectativa que tengo de los próximos capítulos pues a pesar de que solo han sido 5 partes las muy bien degustadas, tengo que hacer una breve pausa para expresar lo bien que me siento.
Alas de sangre es el nombre español que le han dado a esta saga de fantasía que también pueden conseguirlo bajo el nombre de Fourth Wing. A simple vista cuando miras los detalles del libro te hace pensar que es una aventura llena de dragones y deja en claro que hay mucha fantasía en la misma, por lo que los amantes de este tipo de lectura lo vamos a amar, pues me incluyo y ahora más que lo he saboreado.
No solo eso, estos 5 capítulos me han transportado a la raíz de lo que parece ser un sitio donde se inician los cadetes a tener la posibilidad de domar un dragón y ser útil ante lo que espero sea una guerra con enemigos que hasta los momentos para mi es desconocido.
Lo que resulta fascinante de esto, es que se manejan por facciones, algo que me hace recordar a cierta saga por allí que ha término inconclusa y fue una decepción total en sus últimas entregas. Sin embargo, acá se habla de "Escribas" y para mi lógica me lleva a pensar que son las personas que resguardan toda la historia y eventos desde que la humanidad tiene contacto con los dragones.
Al principio, cuando leí el libro lo primero que llegue a preguntarme son las razones por la cual seres místicos tan poderosos que incluso son tomados como dioses en ciertas culturas, se tendrían que aliarse con los humanos, y pues dicha respuesta la podemos conseguir en los primeros capítulos, lo cual es un respiro ante la posibilidad de iniciar con lagunas.
Being full of fantasy and dragons for me it was to be expected that the main characters would be detailed with such beauty as the gift of power they have as riders. But my expectation was exceeded to it, when those lines in these first chapters transported me to how fascinating it was to read Eragon, because in particular these two stories are not only related to dragons, but also to the bond of a human with his dragon, something that makes them riders and to fulfill the saying that a dragon is nothing without its rider and vice versa.
This of course makes all my imagination explode in the thousand possibilities that there will be in this first book in terms of confrontations whose spectacle although it will be a lot of violence and something bloody, the effect of imagination will surely go far beyond.
And I say this just by the simple fact of reading the lines, so I confirm with this that this saga from the beginning has the total power to make us imagine all the scenarios even though it is not detailed with all the clarity of the setting but they give punctual and so efficient data that it is natural to imagine the rest.
The character in the image you saw a moment ago perfectly represents who is until now the central part of this Empyreo I, whose name is known as Violet has to prove that her name has value not only for the work done by her mother and other family members, she has to show her worth in a scenario where everything points to her and in the same way endangers her life.
Al estar lleno de fantasías y dragones para mi era de esperarse que los personajes principales serán detallados con tal hermosura como el don del poder que estos tienen como jinetes. Pero mi expectativa fue rebasada a ello, cuando dichas líneas en estos primeros capítulos me transportaron a lo fascinante que fue leer Eragon, pues en particular estas dos historias no solo se relacionan con dragones, también con el vínculo de un humano con su dragón, algo que los convierte en jinetes y en cumplir el dicho de que un dragón no es nada sin su jinete y viceversa.
Esto por supuesto hace que toda mi imaginación explote en las mil posibilidades que habrán en este primer libro en cuanto a enfrentamientos cuya espectáculo si bien será mucha violencia y algo sangrienta, el efecto de la imaginación seguramente se irá mucho más allá.
Y esto lo digo solo con el simple hecho de leer las lineas, asi que confirmo con esto que esta saga desde un inicio tiene el poder total de hacernos imaginar todos los escenarios a pesar de que no se detalle con toda la claridad la ambientación pero dan datos puntuales y tan eficientes que resulta natural imaginar el resto.
El personaje de la imagen que vieron hace un momento perfectamente representa a quien es hasta su momento la parte central de este Empyreo I, cuyo nombre conocido como Violet tiene que demostrar que su apellido no solo tiene valor por el trabajo que ha hecho su madre y demás familiares, tiene que mostrar propiamente su valía ante un escenario donde todo la señala y del mismo modo hace que peligre su vida.
Sorrengail will be the most named surname in this first book with total security, it could be said that these first 5 chapters has been all the most central of the moment, and not to worry it is not about a single character, is that this surname guards not only stories of the past in battles with important casualties, also the resentment of some riders for that family.
So we are not only talking about divisions by ranks, but also by the power and surname of the riders and cadets in question who have to face certain life and death challenges before the last and most deadly task, which is to try to bond with a Dragon or die trying, if not before being killed by someone whose accounts they want to settle.
I am sure I will soon be reading and imagining a lot of magic, little I have seen in these 5 chapters as it has been based more on the difficult decisions to be made and those taken by others to follow a family legacy.
There are reunions of friendships and also of enemies, raising of course the tension, but deep down I feel that Violet will be in a triangle that will not know if it is death or love, the only way to know is to leave the expectation aside and continue reading the rest of this story full of fantasy and risk.
I agree that this book itself should not be read by minors, I do not know if there is a restriction for it in terms of sale, I am reading it in digital format and I have seen some expressions that incite me that although it is not a gore or sexual book, we will have some of this.
But well, all these are mostly mixed feelings I have with what I have read so far, which I remind you is fascinating, I had a long time without feeling so addicted to reading since the last time I read the magical saga of Harry Potter and the bloody and romantic adventure of Twilight.
To finish something important, is that this saga already has 3 books, and has been a best seller so striking that there is talk of the possibility of taking it to the big screen, which I would be very grateful to see soon because I love the fact that this story has a bit of Games of the Throne and Eragon.

Sorrengail será el apellido más nombrado en este primer libro con total seguridad, podría decirse que estos primeros 5 capítulos ha sido todo lo más central del momento, y para que no se preocupen no se trata de un solo personaje, es que este apellido resguarda no sólo historias del pasado en batallas con importantes bajas, también el rencor de algunos jinetes por dicha familia.
Así que hablamos no solo de divisiones por rangos, también por el poder y apellido de los jinetes y cadetes en cuestión quienes tienen que enfrentar ciertos desafíos de vida o muerte antes de la última tarea más mortífera que es intentar vincularse con un Dragón o morir en el intento, si es que ya no antes es asesinado por alguien cuyas cuentas quiera ajustar.
Estoy seguro que proximamente voy a leer e imaginar mucha magia, poco he visto en estos 5 capítulos pues se ha basado más en las decisiones difíciles por tomar y aquellas que toman por otras personas para seguir un legado familiar.
Hay reencuentros de amistades y también de enemigos, elevando por supuesto la tensión, pero muy en el fondo siento que Violet estará dentro de un triángulo que no se sabrá si es de muerte o de amor, la única forma de saberlo pues, es dejar la expectativa a un lado y seguir leyendo el resto de esta historia llena de fantasía y riesgo.
Acoto que este libro en sí no debería ser leído por menores de edad, no se si hay una restricción para ello en cuanto a la venta, yo pues lo estoy leyendo en formato digital y he visto algunas expresiones que me incitan a que si bien no es un libro gore o sexual, tendremos un tanto de esto.
Pero bueno, todas estas en su mayoría son sentimientos encontrados que tengo con lo que he leido hasta los momentos, que les recuerdo es fascinante, tenía mucho tiempo sin sentirme tan adicto a la lectura desde aquella última vez que leí la saga mágica de Harry Potter y la aventura sangrienta y romántica de Crepúsculo.
Para finalizar algo importante, es que esta saga ya cuenta con 3 libros, y ha sido un best seller tan llamativo que se habla de la posibilidad de llevarlo a la pantalla grande, cosa que estaria muy agradecido de ver pronto pues, amo el hecho de que esta historia tenga un poco de Juegos del trono y Eragon.
