ESSENTIALL BOOK INFORMATION
The book starts off with a window into the authors everyday life, a sneek peek into his past where a very vital lesson was learnt. it was some few weeks after his first child was born they where both exhausted from the delivery to the adjustments being made because of the baby, he painted a very interesting scenario where he had just resumed work for the first time after awhile of being at home and helping his wife.
she was distressed and in pains and she needed to take her pain medication but she was out of stock so she sent the brother who happened to have been around that faithful day but he seemed to have forgotten so she was left with no options but to go through the day in pains while still taking care of the Baby.
by the time he got back she was worn out and grumpy, he at first didn't understand why she was so grumpy later on she complained to him about what had happened how she ran out 9f pain medication and she told his brother to get some for her but he didn't return, then she said no one cares about her, on hearing this he got enraged and said why didn't she just place a call over to him in the office, rather than send his brother and he got upset because he thought she blamed him for the whole incident and he was ready to storm out of the house, as he was about to leave she called on him and told him that all she needed from him was a warm embrace and a shoulder to lean on.
this little scene just shows you how much we are different in our perception of things as different gender see things and read meanings to things very differently.
chapters 1, 2 and 3 sets the foundation for a deep dive into the different genders and thought processes.
chapter 4. and 5 talks about verbal and non verbal cues that one must learn to use in order to communicate properly.
chapters 6, 7,8 and 9 gives an indept analysis and actions to take to fully grasp the subject at hand.
chapters 10, 11, 12, and 13. talks about implementing all that the book has thought us and basically enjoying life with your partner with better understanding and a renewed since of knowing.
CRITIQUE
I enjoyed reading the book, the vivid language and close to home personal experiences in his book made it vert much relatable.
RECOMMENDATIONS
I definitely will recommend this to anyone who is looking to start a new relationship or just simply someone who wants to spice up his or her current relationship. it is a very good read for both gender and a nice gift for a loved one especially this valentines.
