Today, I have finished reading a wonderful book on complexity theory published by the Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies, Muhammad Hamshi’s book Introduction to Complexity Theory in International Relations, a theory whose concepts and assumptions have become part of the prevailing discussions in the social sciences. Complexity is an essential aspect of global politics processes and interactions, especially during the last three decades. Therefore, this book argues for the advantages of integrating this theory into the field of international relations, starting with an understanding of the international system as a complex system (or a complex system consisting of many complex systems) and a disorderly system, rather than the traditional hypothesis that presents it as a system with a chaotic structure, a hypothesis that has maintained It has the successive traditions and theoretical discussions in the history of the field of knowledge. Here, Hamshi seeks to open a discussion on a number of theoretical problems inherent in the field of international relations, which fall within the two problems of causation and grand theory, and what can be learned from complexity theory to understand the possible exits from the dilemmas that these problems create.
My passion for reading is increasing day by day, especially after reading special books, and you are your special book
