RE: My second novella is finished... and I am in love with it.

🎈🎈 Hurray!! 🎈🎈

It says the book can be finished in 0-1 hours but I think that's nonsense. It took me 3 hours to read it and I wrote it.

This part made me laugh! Who is the expert? The author or A.I.?

I am really looking forward to reading this! It sounds powerful.

I can't help but feel that your book is/ your books are way too cheap ( at least for those in the Western world ). Have you considered selling physical copies too?

No matter what, I am definitely gonna buy this one and I'll then probably re-read your first novella too.

Congratz my friend and nice to hear that we finished a book almost in sync. I sense that this is gonna happen, more often, from now on, as I'm really on a roll these days.

Sending you a big hug all the way from Portugal!

P.S. The cover looks amazing!

Well....pricing is tricky, but I don't really expect to make much money with this book right now. If this is something that CAN make money, I'll start to think of it that way, but I have no idea how to reach the amount of people that would make that possible. I also don't want it to feel exclusive. It's only 40-50 pages. And it's an e-book. If it for 3.60, I earn 2.14. If I sell it for $6, I make 3.50. I don't feel a huge difference between the two, considering it's only sold 6 copies per month at the peak so far.

If I'm not getting rich and only my friends are reading it, I'd rather keep it cheap.

An arbitrary goal I set is finding 50,000 readers (I'm not making huge efforts for this, just small ones). I need to find at least 20% of that if I want it to be a real source of income, and I don't really know how to do that, so I'm just happy if people read it right now. If I raise the price later, the ones who like it will keep reading it, and the people who don't won't and that's fine by me.

Another thing though: Imagine it's the price of a full novel but only 1/5 the size? I wouldn't really like buying that.

If I want to make money with this, I need to figure out how to get people to write good reviews and buy it early so it's recommended to people, because I don't really know how else to promote it. I am not connected to the literary world, nor am I all that interested in it. Nor do I have a platform to promote it other than Hive.

I'm just trying to let the right people find the series right now, find people who really enjoy it and figure out where to go from there as far as pricing and all that goes.

I plan on putting out physical versions, perhaps two volumes or perhaps waiting until all 5 parts are released. The physical version will be about profit because I want to encourage people to be eco-friendly unless they REALLY want a physical copy. I'm also going to sell bags, because as eco-friendly as I want to be, people are still gonna use bags.

I'd love to sell the book for dirt cheap and then have a patreon that some people give $100 a month to cause they like it so much haha

I appreciate that you think it's worth more...if so write a review on one of those sites dude :-P You don't even have to buy it there.
