RE: Numbers of No Value

There's a deep connection between the values we have (like, really, not the ones we want to have or pretend to have) and happiness. The more coherent we are with our values, in action, speaking and thinking, the happier we are. If we're not coherent with them, there's always a nagging feeling in our subconsciousness.

Thank you for this post, as always - I might take a few quotes from it from time to time, since values are something I do enjoy thinking and writing about.
