RE: Economics for Entrepreneurs: Forever Clients or Fleeting Customers.

Our corelation of clients will be now 65% loyal - 35% one time buyers. We in @parsarri have a small production of wine (between 50 and 100 bottles per month*) and because of that when time to time come the usual "Business men" asking for buy larges amount of wine bottles (plus asking discount) we don't sell to them. We priotitize or loyal client base and to protect the brand.

PD1: we can not scale the production with actual prices and instability of supply of fruits and sugar.

PD2: we can accept preorders of big amount of bottles with 30 to 45 days of anticipation.

Being "alive" in the context of Cuba is a great feat!
And yes, the conditions do not allow for scaling up and achieving greater business growth.
It’s better to keep your loyal customers than to try to take on more than your production capacity allows.
My respects to you; producing in Cuba is a very complex matter.
Thank you, Yecier, for sharing your experience! Best of luck!
