hello everyone, come back with me on this occasion, I want to share a simple recipe made from tempeh, which of course is my little family's favorite dish, starting from my husband and children, I really like it, they even approve of this processed tempeh.
Getting praise from loved ones will certainly make us even more enthusiastic about giving the best to our family. Coincidentally, today is my husband's requested side dish, namely stir-fried tempe, tofu, soy sauce. Even though it looks very simple, this is my family's favorite food, actually anything prepared. tofu and tempeh are very tempting, at home I always have a stock of tempeh in my refrigerator
It looks like it's a very sunny day, I cooked for about an hour, especially with stir-fried tempe and tofu soy sauce, this will certainly add to the enjoyment when combined with a bowl of warm rice and clear vegetable sauce. This is the perfect combination for balanced nutrition.
Ingredients for stir-fried tempeh and tofu with soy sauce:
2 white tofu planks
1 red tomato
3 cloves of red onion
4 red chilies
tamarind (optional)
2 packs of sweet soy sauce
how to make :
(1) The first step is to cut the tempeh and tofu according to your taste, then fry the tofu and tempeh until golden brown then set aside for a while
(2) then chop the red onion, red chili and cut 1 tomato then wash it clean, after that prepare a little oil to saute the red onion, red chili and tomatoes until fragrant
(3) then add the tempe and tofu that have been fried earlier and then take a little tamarind, brew it with warm water then add it to the tempe tofu and also add 2 packets of sweet soy sauce then stir well and cover for a while until the water is reduced
and ready to be served with a bowl of warm rice, of course it is very delicious, the taste of tempeh and tofu which is sweet and sour and slightly spicy will certainly add to its own enjoyment.
