come back with me this time I, these few days the weather is very hot and even the ground is starting to become arid, but today I am very happy that the rain has fallen in our area, the food that is suitable in the rainy season is vegetable soup, can warm the body temperature, then I started taking ingredients to make soup on this rainy day, without waiting long I immediately intervened and went to the kitchen to cook vegetable soup
Ingredients needed to make vegetable soup:
- Carrot
- potatoes
- Cabbage
- green onions & Celery leaves
- long beans
- Cauliflower
Soup Seasoning:
- 2 big shallots
- 3 cloves of garlic
- cayenne pepper
Steps to make vegetable soup:
(1) take carrots and other vegetables and cut according to individual tastes

(2) then after that take all the ingredients for the spices, then blend until smooth, and after that prepare a little cooking oil

(3) then sautƩ the ground spices until slightly fragrant, and also add some spices such as cloves and cardamom to add aroma

(4) after that add water, then add the vegetables, first add the wartel, potatoes and long beans, because these vegetables take a little longer to cook

(5) and after the vegetables are cooked then add the remaining vegetables, namely cabbage and cauliflower and also add a little salt or sugar according to taste
