Here people either love it or hate it. Most are just not used to it and many have never tried it. There are many that don't know what it is.
The tempeh here is not awful if you cook it right but the tempeh in Indonesia is absolutely superior. I feel so honoured to have eaten tempeh in Indonesia. So fresh and perfect.

The quality of soy beans and also using right spiced and herbs to your taste is big roles to make perfect tempeh dishes :)
