Warm soup is one of the foods that can be the right choice for friends to relax on a tiring day or on a cold day.
How To Make White Soup With Simple Ingredients
Looking at the contents of the refrigerator, there are some vegetables that can be used as a warm meal on a super tiring day after work. At that time I did not think about dinner. I only think of a dish that can calm me down for a while before it gets dark.
I also have a supply of fresh coconut milk. So I decided to make a simple white soup with some veggies.
THE INGREDIENTS
- Ginger
- Lemongrass
- Garlic
- Onion
- Red Onion
- Bay Leaves
- Seasoning: salt, sugar, vegan broth powder to taste.
- YOUR FAV VEGGIES. In this recipe, I use bakchoy, cauliflower, a carrot, and broccoli. You can use the types of vegetables that you usually use to cook soup.

We can also serve this white soup with rice for dinner. Sprinkle it with fried onion or chili flakes to enrich the soup.
I love the taste of the white soup which is warm and relaxes my mind. The texture of the soup is not thick so it feels fresh. Add a little lemon juice if you want a fresher sour sensation.
Do you have the kind of soup that relaxes your mind on a super busy day? It's worth trying, also at the end of the night before you guys go to bed. :)

This is one of the best recipes out there! I have made something similar in so many variations. It is surely a comfort food, especially on those cold nights. I sometimes add turmeric to make it yellow and just to make it colorful. I am craving those veggies now! What a wonderful dish, thank you for sharing.
I use tumeric too sometimes for yellow version 😊
Sometimes the striking yellow or pale white is delicious to the eyes as well! Creating art with food so that the hungry eyes can eat as well.

So beautifully explanation dear! The white soup looks so healthy and yummy with freshly vegetables including bakchoy ( my favorite veggie ).
What I love about your blog is that you create a recipe with your own style which is unique.
Also, I can’t go without saying that the way you captured all of these photography is so clear and beautifully taken.
That soup looks very good. I am wondering about the way the coconut milk tastes with the veggies. I like all the veggies and I like coconut, but I don't think I have ever had them together in a soup.
Very interesting.
Your post has been a revelation to me! Ginger in the soup?! I really don't know how I didn't think about it before!
Your soup looks like: I want to have a spoon and transport myself to that plate! It's awesome, súper healthy and as you mentioned, perfect to share with friends in a cold day!
