Srilankan style black coconut jack seeds curry.

Hi vegans.. 😉How are you.. So after a very long time I am contacting you. I hope you are all well. So for you vegans, I have prepared the most vitamin-rich foods. I would love to share that food with you.

So today I have brought you a very famous village food in Sri Lanka. In Sri Lankan language, the dish is called "Jackfruit seed black coconut curry". Jackfruit seeds are mainly used to make this dish. So you know that because of the carbohydrates and protein in jackfruit seeds, our body can get very high quality food from these jackfruit seeds.

So the older generation prefers to eat this food in Sri Lanka. Black coconut curry is often eaten in Sri Lanka as a breakfast or lunch. This food is not eaten at night in Sri Lanka because the digestion of food is less at night. By feeding this food to small children, their brain development and immunity is very high. Well, let's see how to make this delicious jackfruit seeds curry. We need a few ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Jackfruit seeds 500g
  • 20g of big onion
  • Garlic 5g
  • Rampe 5g
  • Curry leaves 5g
  • Ginger 5g
  • Cloves 2pic
  • Cinnamon 1pic
  • 25g of crepe coconut

spices

  • turmeric1tbs
  • Pepper 2tbs
  • curry powder 2tbs
  • chili powder 2tbs
  • salt 2tbs

method

  • 1 step

First of all, put the coconut in a pan and fry it until golden.

  • 2 steps

Then cut the jackfruit in two like this. Put the chopped jackfruit seeds in a pot and boil it on low flame for about fifteen minutes.

Then remove the jackfruit from the water and dry the jackfruit well.

  • 4 steps

Then you add turmeric powder, pepper, curry powder, salt and coconut which you have prepared until golden in color and put it in the blender and mix it well as shown in the image below..

Then you add some oil to the pot and heat it well.

  • 6 steps

Then add chopped onion, garlic, ginger, rampe, curry and fry well for a while. Then add chilli powder to it and fry well..

Then add the boiled jackfruit seeds to the bowl and mix well as shown in the image below.

Then add the mixture you grinded in the blender to the curry. It can add a good aroma and taste to the food.

Then add salt as much as you need and simmer for fifteen minutes to prepare the food.

Well now you have finished making Srilankan style black coconut jack seeds curry. After making this dish, you will feel that it has a very good smell and taste.
