A feew weeks ago I shared to my blog about my smoothie project at Tropika. It was a dream project for me because the place is a perfect setting for a cold and refreshing smoothie bowl. Weeks after they launch the smoothie bowls in the menu, I visited the café again to check the quality of the smoothies and if they were able to retain all the things I taught them during training and I must say, I am extremely proud of them. They were all to excecute and create the smoothie bowl with so much passion and beauty.
Nothing makes me happy than to see my client and the people I train enjoy making smoothies. It could be a tricky thing to make but the fulfillment afterwards is so worth it. I am please to know that the smoothie bowls has been selling a lot in Tropika and it inspired me to make more flavors for them and for future clients.
I am grateful that I’m getting more potential clients lately which means more people will be able to try my smoothies.
