Why do bananas always ripen so quickly, like closing your eyes for a moment then the banana can change color. Starting from its bright yellow color to finally brown, it can only happen in one night. Everything can change and bananas cannot be stored in the refrigerator, so they change in one night.
Uniquely, this fruit is very easy to find here. Almost every day bananas are one of the fruits that must be on the dining table. I don't know why everyone at home really likes bananas. Maybe because it tastes sweet.
But, yesterday I got a lot of bananas from my aunt's house. The rest all turned yellow and I felt so sorry because it seemed like we were really drunk on bananas. I was so bored, I made food from bananas even though it was very simple. Besides, this is also a form of my concern for my nephew, he really likes bananas and pie.
I was right to make a simple menu. I happened to have spring roll skin that seemed interesting to be processed into something with a sweet taste. Usually spring rolls only contain savory foods, such as dim sum or just filled with vegetables. This time, interestingly, I want to make a pie without making a crust.
Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of banana
- 1 tsp margarine
- Dark compound chocolate
- Spring roll skin
- 50 gr of ceres
How to make:
It's so simple, I can even cook it with my eyes closed. Seriously. It's very easy but everyone will like it, including children. I made it for a 4 year old child.
The first thing first. I cut the almost rotten banana into several small pieces. Adjusted because my spring roll skin is 12cmx12cm and it's limited. I hope you have a wider one so that it's easy to fold the skin and the filling doesn't fall apart.
I took some spring roll skins that I put some pieces of banana and also chocolate. The pie filling this time is very simple because it uses only the ingredients available at home.
Then folded into a size that is easy to eat in one bite. Then coat it with margarine, I prefer margarine because it tends to be salty and a little fatty, and add a little meises ceres topping for a more beautiful shape. If you don't use it, it's okay, it just additional.
I bake it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes. You can also used the microwave for a few seconds. It's simple and so sweet when accompanied by a glass of black coffee! It's a wrap!
See you the next time hive friends!

Hi @aswita
Please fix the cover and display a picture of your finished recipe.
What a great idea, and since they have chocolate in them, they are surely even more delicious!
