Having something in mind will make you wiser in your work. As a wife, being my husband's personal chef is a very difficult job. Almost every day I think about what to eat so I don't get bored. Have you ever thought that cooking is actually very simple but determining the menu is the hardest part?
Almost every day, I even prefer to order food because I don't have to bother thinking about what to cook and looking for ingredients. But in reality, ordering food will take time to find what I want to eat and is very wasteful. Wasteful, spending money to buy is the most important thing that makes it difficult. Once in a while is okay, but if every day? not only thinking about the wallet but also hygiene and nutrition are sometimes not sufficient.
When I was about to sleep last night I thought about making a dessert from red beans. I have one pack and intend to soak it overnight. Until finally I soaked it for 12 hours and the next morning I boiled the red beans. Red beans in a dry state do take a lot of time to process until they can be eaten, but they are efficient in storage.
After boiling it, I packed it into several parts and put it in the freezer, so that later when I want to eat it, I just take it out of the freezer and then devour it. But, this dessert is really very simple.
Of course, now everything is practical, even coconut milk is packed in one package according to your needs. No need for too much, just 65 ml of coconut milk and dissolve it with boiling water and a little cornstarch to make it more tick, if necessary, don't use water to boil it. It tastes really fatty and it's very delicious.
Avocado that I have soaked for 3 days and is perfectly ripe. Mashed with a fork and that is the easiest part. This is a dessert that can be liked by many people because it is high in fiber from avocado and red beans, high in protein from red beans as the main ingredients and coconut milk as good fat.
Nature always provides very good things for the body
All the ingredients that I have prepared can be put in a bowl and with the addition of a few ice cubes. Actually, it is also suitable to be eaten very warm but today's weather is too warm to enjoy a warm dish.
In my opinion, a dessert like this just needs a little bit of palm sugar. Oh of course I mixed it with a little stevia because I'm worried about my blood sugar lately, but, this dessert is really very simple, right?
So, if people say healthy living is difficult, actually what's difficult is our way of thinking. Good affirmations and the desire to learn are very expensive. Isn't that right?

Thanks for the input. To be honest, I just wanted to share how happy I was to make a dessert with 4 ingredients, not the details of the recipe in this post. In the future I will add quantities ingredients in recipe posts.
