Why is it, wrapped food is always interesting. For example, like kebabs, burgers, burritos and various kinds of similar foods. In Indonesia, there are also foods like that, for example lemper wrapped in banana leaves. I think, food like that makes it easier for us to eat it, especially when we are traveling or at work, making it easier to serve and also a place to store.

If in Japan food like that can be call sushi, Korea have kimbab, in the Middle East have kebab and in America you have buritto, it means that serving ready to eat food is indeed important for people who are busy but need food with a macronutrient composition. such as carbohydrates, proteins, fats and fibre. Kebab is a type of food that is complete with macronutrients, there is protein and fat which is usually from chicken or beef, carbohydrates from tortillas and fiber from vegetables such as onions, lettuce and tomatoes. I think kebabs are the most suitable type of food served for breakfast. You can eat it anywhere, when you get the chance.

So, I have leftover vegan bbq cuts, which are vegan meat with a bbq flavor that has the texture of corned beef. I think this is the best invention of food technology, made from solidified tofu into ready-to-eat meat. I think this is perfect for toppings like burgers or kebabs. I've also made some food from vegan bbq, you can see it in some of my previous posts.

This is the last leftover vegan bbq I had, my husband just happened to beg for kebabs. Yes, I haven't eaten kebabs for a long time either, because the price of kebabs in my area is relatively expensive compared to similar burgers. So, making kebabs isn't difficult either, moreover I also have some lettuce that I have to harvest today, it must be very fresh.

Vegan kebab this time really made me change my view on vegan food, it could be something very interesting and no less delicious than other foods, even more perfect and good for the body.

This time, I also got the tortilla without animal product at the place where I bought the vegan bbq. Yes, the shop is stock with all the vegan ingredients which is the biggest in my city, but unfortunately I can't find any vegan yogurt there, because to limit deliveries. Maybe it will be available sometime in the future, yas, I hope it will be available soon cause there are so many foods that I want to try with yogurt.

Unlike the usual kebabs fill with egg, I would have preferred the vegan bbq marinade with a little soy sauce and sesame oil. I put a little in a bowl and distribute evenly. Then I pan seared everything on a non stick wokpan.

Previously, I also baked the tortillas on the wokpan to make them more sturdy and not easily torn on both sides, it only took 1 minute for both sides and it was very good.

Then, cut one tomato, just a thin slice because my husband doesn't really like tomatoes. The lettuce that I had harvested earlier was also washed and dried from the remaining water. I arrange all the ingredients neatly on the tortilla and then add a little tomato sauce or chili sauce. Then I wrapped everything carefully so it wouldn't tear on the tortillas, and I didn't forget to bake it for a while so that there was a slightly brownish color on the tortillas. I'm ready to serve vegan kebabs for breakfast today.
