Making Jellof spaghetti with vegetables

Hello wonderful friends, this is my first content in this community, I just want to show my talent when it comes to preparing healthy foods, foods prepared with vegetables are very healthy because vegetables contains a lot of vitamins that helps the body to remain strong, and make skin look good.

Spaghetti is one of my favorite meals, i can have spaghetti everyday without complaining and I can prepare it in different ways.
Today I decided to make my spaghetti with some vegetables, and it was really delicious 😋.

Let's make a delicious vegetable spaghetti and see the outcome.

To make my vegetable jello spaghetti we need lots of vegetables and plants.


Ingredients

  • 3 balls of red bell pepper
  • 1 ball of green bell pepper
  • 1 ball of yellow bell pepper
  • Hand full of spring onions
  • 2 balls of onions
  • A sachet of tomato paste
  • A sachet of grounded curry
  • One pack of foreign spaghetti
  • 3 sticks of carrots
  • 2 rapes of dry pepper
  • Half a teaspoonful of salt
  • Three teaspoonfuls of soya oil

Cooking process

Cooking goes beyond adding ingredients to the pot and allowing the fire to burn it, the most important aspect of cooking is how you prepare your ingredients, which will determine if the food will be healthy and also delicious.

For the food to be healthy there is a need to thoroughly wash the ingredients.
So I washed the vegetables with a large quantity of water not just once but twice because I hate it when I see a grain of sand in my food.


After washing the vegetables thoroughly I set them aside and rewashed the pot that I would be using to cook.

Then I sit down and slice the vegetables into cubes and slices


Then, I set my well-prepared vegetables aside and quickly put them in the gas cooker.


I placed my pot on the gas, added three cups of water, and allowed it to boil for five minutes then I broke the spaghetti into two places and allowed it to boil for 10mins

I don't like my spaghetti to get too soft after 10mins then drain off the water.

Stage 2

I placed an empty pot, allowed the water to dry, then added the soya oil, and allowed it to heat a little bit, then added the diced onions.



Then add the tomato paste and allow it to dry up a little bit I added just half a cup of water; too much water might make the spaghetti too soft.


I added my curry powder and allowed it to cook for 7 minutes then I poured the spaghetti and the vegetables

I stirred it just a little and covered it to cook for just 3 minutes because I wanted the vegetables not to be too cooked, and it came out the way I wanted it.


I enjoyed this delicious meal, had a cup of water and went to bed, see you tomorrow for another recipe you will love.
