Hello everyone, welcome to my blog, its nice having you around.
It is a hot afternoon and I feel like eating something different, I want to have a taste of cucumber sauce, come friends lets try it out.
I love cucumber and I buy lots if cucumber, it helps me in my weight loss journey, so I was thinking using to prepare something will also be a nice idea.
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- A bowl of sliced pumpkin leaves
- One big onion
- 8 large tomatoes
- Half spoon of salt
- 1 spoon of dry pepper
- 10 ml of vegetable oil
This is just a few minutes cooking, so first thing is to wash and slice my onions, tomatoes, and cucumber, then wash the sliced pumpkin leaves.
Place a pot and allow it dry then add the vegetable oil, allow it to heat up , add the sliced onions.
After 2 minutes add the sliced tomatoes and pepper 🌶️.
Add salt for taste
Allow it to cook for just 3 minutes because I don't want my tomatoes to get overcooked, then add the sliced pumpkin leaves and cucumber.
I allowed it to cook for just five minutes more then i stirred it very well and I served it with boiled white rice.

And I can assure you that it was very delicious 😋 I didn't want to stop eating but I had to keep a little for dinner.
