Delicious Vegetable Broth with Enoki Mushrooms

Delicious Vegetable Broth

Ingredients:

  • Chinese white cabbage 6 leaves
  • Carrot 1 pcs
  • Fried hollow tofu 2 pcs
  • Enoki mushrooms 50 grams

  • 2 Pcs Shallots
  • 1 Pcs Garlic
  • Coriander leaves

Cooking Process:

  • Separate the Chinese Cabbage per leaf, then cut the Chinese Cabbage into slices.
