Ingredients:
- Chinese white cabbage 6 leaves
- Carrot 1 pcs
- Fried hollow tofu 2 pcs
- Enoki mushrooms 50 grams
Spice :
- 2 Pcs Shallots
- 1 Pcs Garlic
- Coriander leaves
1/2 tsp salt, sugar and flavoring
Cooking Process:
- Separate the Chinese Cabbage per leaf, then cut the Chinese Cabbage into slices.
