Luckily my child always likes whatever I cook and serve. And this time I made healthy snacks with coconut milk which is good for body fat, and also low in sugar.
Butterfly Pea Flower Pudding with beautiful color
Yes, Pudding is also one of our favorite snacks. Especially when enjoyed when the pudding is cold and also in hot weather. Unparalleled deliciousness
Ingredients needed:
- 5-7 butterfly pea flowers
- Plain agar-agar
- 1 sachet of coconut milk
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 700 ml boiled water
Cooking instructions:
- Boil 100 ml of water with butterfly pea flowers until boiling. After boiling, turn off the water, and let the boiled butterfly pea flower water cool down and the butterfly pea flowers release their color.
- Prepare other ingredients in a container for boiling, add plain agar with sugar and salt and 600 ml of water and stir until all dissolved.
- After the agar and sugar are dissolved, add the sachet coconut milk and stir again until all dissolved.
- Cook over low heat. Until the agar water boils.
- After boiling, add the butterfly pea flower water that has been boiled earlier. and stir until the water boils again. After boiling, turn off the heat and add the agar solution into the agar mold.
Let it cool, after it cools put it in the refrigerator. and ready to be enjoyed.
