This food is always my favorite, because it is not complicated to make and of course with ingredients that are very easy to get.

As a mother who holds power in the kitchen is a challenge in itself. Because every day not only think about the main meal menu but also think about a healthy and nutritious snack menu.

This food is familiar to our ears, especially those who live in my area. Yes, Kolak. Kolak itself is a typical Indonesian dessert made from ingredients such as coconut milk, brown sugar, and pandan leaves, which have various fillings. Some make it with banana, sweet potato, corn and sugar palm filling. Kolak has a sweet and savory taste, and a soft texture. Kolak is usually served warm, but can also be served cold with the addition of ice cubes.

After peeling and cutting, place it in a container filled with water so that the sap in the sweet potato does not turn the sweet potato black.

The total cooking time for this kolak is 20 minutes. Then correct the taste. Kolak is ready to be served. and is very enjoyable during rainy weather as a body warmer. You can also add ice cubes if you like.
