Hi Good Morning I say to all my friends in this beautiful beloved #plantpowervegan.
I really hope you are in an extraordinary state of health and happiness. This time I am very excited to share with all my friends about the menu that I just cooked..
Stir-fry menu that is always on the dining table as a complement to daily nutrition besides side dishes. Because the vitamin content and a myriad of other benefits in these vegetables make me always creative in this stir-fry. and this time I want to stir-fry Beans, Carrots and also Baby Corn..
As I always say, that baby corn is a vegetable that my child really likes. and I add other vegetables for me to stir-fry and it will be a perfect food for our dining table
Ingredients needed
- 250 grams of Baby corn
- 150 grams of Beans
- 1 pcs Carrot
Spices Ingredients:
- 4 pcs of Shallots
- 4 pcs of Garlic
- 1/2 pcs of tomatoes
- 100 ml water
- 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar and 1/4 flavouring
Cooking Instructions:
- Slice the green beans like slicing chilies.. thinly slice lengthwise
- Then cut the young corn diagonally
- and finally cut the carrots into small pieces
- After all the ingredients have been cut and sliced, then wash them thoroughly by soaking all the vegetables in clean water
. then we move on to the spices.
Slice the garlic and shallots
- Prepare oil in a frying pan. After the oil is hot, add the sliced onions. Saute until the onions smell good.
- Then add the carrots and green beans to the sauteed onions. Stir and wait until slightly wilted.
- After the beans and carrots are slightly wilted. Put the baby corn back into the stir fry. and stir fry again.
- Then add seasonings such as salt and sugar. and stir again until evenly distributed.
The last is the addition of 100 ml of water into the stir fry then stir again until evenly distributed and let the water reduce. And ready to be enjoyed with hot rice
This stir fry is very delicious served with hot rice. With a combination of several vegetables, of course there are many contents and benefits in these vegetables.
