This time I will share a delicious recipe to be a family dinner menu. Come follow me
This time's menu is Spicy Stir-Fried Water Spinach with Mushrooms
Ingredients needed:
- 1 handful of Water Spinach
- 200 grams of mushrooms
- 2 pcs of red onions and 2 pcs of garlic
- 1/4 pcs of tomatoes
- 5 pcs small chilies and 3 pcs of red chilies
Cooking instructions:
- First, pick the water spinach per stalk. Or, the simple way is you can cut the water spinach into small pieces or equal to 3 cm in size
After picking/cutting, wash thoroughly using running water.
- Then shred the mushrooms into smaller pieces.
- Chop shallots, shallots and also chilies
- Then prepare the oil in a hot pan, saute the shallots and garlic until fragrant, then add the chilies and tomatoes to the sauteed onions. Cook again until the chilies wilt.
- After the spices are cooked, add the washed water spinach. Stir fry until slightly wilted, then add 1/4 salt, 1/4 sugar and 1/4 flavoring.
- Stir fry again until the water spinach is cooked, reduce the heat. Wash the mushrooms then squeeze the mushrooms and add them to the stir-fried water spinach. Cook again until the mushrooms wilt. Mushrooms cook very quickly, so don't cook them for too long. And adjust the taste
Spicy Stir-fried Water Spinach with Mushrooms is ready to be served.
