Feliz dia colmena @plantpoweronhive, hoy una sencilla pero deliciosa merienda con poder vegano para deleitarnos, es muy facil de hacer y lleva principalmente solo 2 ingredientes donde tenemos fruta y la divinura que sale de nuestro cacao, el rico chocolate. sin mas comencemos

200 gr de chocolate en barra
1 cucharada de agua

Pela y corta los cambures de la siguiente manera:

Derrite el chocolate agregandole al agua y revuelve

Coloca al chocolate derretido en una pequeña bandeja o una tapita que tenga bordes con una pequeña altura

Pasamos los trozos de cambur por el chocolate. Lo podemos servir en el momento o congelar para comerlo frío, en mi caso decoré al rededor de los cambures con puntos de chocolate y un poco de mermelada de guayaba, pero támbien puedes colocar lluvia de colores o lo que desees.
