I can smell the coconut through the screen, the way you've presented it. I have cooked taro twice but it's not found everywhere in the city. I have to travel to the Asian store. I get confused sometimes between taro and cassava. The signs are written in Chinese where I go. I love the coconut roasted condiment. Thanks for the nice tutorial and recipe.
