I absolutely love this idea. The fact that it's steamed is very nice and light. It's perfect to collect the sauce. I love noodles. I have never tried corn vermicelli. I will try to find it so I can experience it. Thanks for the recipe.

you are right corn vermicelli provides a light texture. Corn vermicelli also adds richness to dimsum.

You must try it if you come across vermicelli.
