Loving the incredible journey from cocoa pod to hot cocoa! It’s inspiring how you took the time to learn and experience the entire process, it is truly a labor of love. The dedication and patience it takes to ferment, dry, toast, and grind the beans is admirable. I’m sure that homemade cup of cocoa tasted all the more special because of your hard work. I, work with coffee fermentation at our farm. I recently visited a cocoa farm, where the chocolates are mixed with fruit pieces. 🍫🍊
