Snack // Banana chips with spicy seasoning

Hello hivers friends.. Who here likes to watch? Especially those who like to watch Korean dramas,. 🤭 In order to make your watching atmosphere even more exciting, I recommend you try one of these delicious snacks. Does anyone think it's popcorn, of course not! This is a snack made from bananas seasoned like chips. You can make it yourself at home, this snack is very easy to make and is very delicious to accompany your watching event or as a snack for children.

At first glance, this snack looks like cassava balado, right? But this is grated banana and seasoned with ready-to-eat balado seasoning that is widely sold in shops, very easy to find here. My son is different, he thinks this is fried noodles, the shape is also easier to bite. He really likes it, he is very cute and adorable.

This is not the first time I have made it, but I haven't had time to share it here. It so happened that my father harvested bananas from the garden so I thought about making it again for a snack to watch. And also share it with my friends here. Oh yes, this Balado seasoning is delicious when mixed with other ingredients such as fried cassava, French fries, fried macaroni and others. Actually there are many flavor variants for this ready-to-eat seasoning, you can choose the flavor you like. Okay, if you like it, let's make it.

Ingredients needed:

  • 5 old Kepok bananas
  • 1 sachet Balado seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How to make:

First: peel the bananas. Grate the bananas using a grater. The shape can be adjusted to your taste. You can cut it more roughly using a knife too.

Fourth: put the fried bananas in a closed container, then add the Balado powder and shake the container so that the bananas and seasonings are evenly mixed.

Our set of dishes is finished..

Is there anyone like me, if watching without snacks it's incomplete, for me personally snacks have become part of the watching activity. So if you have old unripe bananas at home, try making this snack, the texture is crunchy, the taste is delicious, a little spicy and sweet. Let's make this snack addictive.

Actually, the original taste is also delicious (without seasoning) but I prefer bananas that have been seasoned and so does my child. This is a snack that many people like. This snack is also called banana chips, only the shape is different from banana chips in general, but the way to make it is the same.
