Fry plantain porridge

Good afternoon people of hive and happy Sunday to you all so I thought to share this recipe of my fry plantain porridge with you guys cause check in as a Nigeria we are know for cooking rice and Stew every Sunday like a every home you visit on Sunday here in Nigeria you must be served with white rice and Stew so today I tried a different thing for my family and the Loved it and the good good part of it is that is not stressful very easy.

Ingredients.
3 bunch of plantain
1 sachet of Groundnut oil
1 onions
8 piece of fresh pepper
Tea spoon of salt
1 sachet of tin tomatoes.

Procedure.
I washed my plantain

After washing my plantain I proceeded in slicing it into smaller pieces

After slicing my plantain I am proceeded in slicing my onions

Follow by slicing my pepper

So after was I heater top my pan added my groundnut tell you into it and started frying my plantain

I proceeded in adding salt into my plantain for taste

Added my plantain into the hot pan

After then I allowed the plantain to try for a bear bring it out and stay it aside to fry my sauce.

For my sauce I put in my oil and add onions in to it

Added my fresh prepare and tomato paste into it

So I added one cup of water into it just small quantity of water small small

Allow it to boil for a while like 5 to 3 seconds then I added my fried plantain into it

So guys my fried plantain porridge is ready for my Sunday lunch as a Nigerian I'm so excited making the recipe for my family because we always cook rice white rice and stew every Sunday as a Nigerian so making a different thing on a Sunday makes me happy makes my family love me the more makes my case love me the more but my husband so guys tell me whether you will try out this my recipe in the comment section and thank you all for staying with me see all my next post bye .
