Greetings to everyone ! I usually cooked rice and on stew every sundays as a Nigeria. we are known for cooking rice on Sundays so is our tradition here in Nigeria for a mother with kids that loves eating.my delicious rice .
My ingredients for white rice and Stew .
4cups of right .
Four seed of fresh tomatoes.
Tomatoes pasta .
One medium size of onions.
Vegetable oil .
1 tsp of salt to test.
Procedure
I started by washing my rice to cook.
After washing my rice I save it with filter.
Proceeded in adding it in my pot covering it and allowing it to cook.
What is the rice was cooking I startedprepping ingredients for my stew
I started by slicing my tomatoes.
Sliced my onions
I brought my rice down cuz it was already done.
For my stew I hit up my frying pan with my vegetable oil.
Onions in my hot oil
Add my fresh tomato to it.
Next I start to allow you to cook for a minute and added my tomato paste.
Next I added my pepper and stir stir stir incorporate .
I added water and allow you to cook once my steel is ready about it down.
So my people my food is ready my delicious white rice and stew is ready for the whole family to eat.
