En este mercado hay variedad de aceites, medio pasillo lleno de todo tipo de aceites, sin duda alguna el mejor aceite que podemos utilizar en la cocina es el aceite de oliva. Este aceite está muy costoso, oscila entre 7 $ a 25 $ y por ahora no pude adquirirlo, Si pude comprar otros 2 tipos de aceites, les menciono a continuación:
El aceite dorado mezcla de aceite vegetal, Este aceite tuvo un valor de 69,62 Bolívares, 2.8 $ de 700 ml.
Otro aceite que compré, el aceite vegetal comestible, tuvo un valor de 61,75 Bolívares, 2.5 $, de 800 ml.

Amigos hasta aquí mis compras de Aceites, escogí estos aceites porque eran más económicos además un poco más saludables que otros que estaban en el estante, de igual manera pude darme cuenta el aceite de palma es unas de las grasas principales que se usan para algunos alimentos como por ejemplo el chocolate, mezclado con soja proporciona un sabor agradable a los alimentos, con respeto al aceite vegetal es ideal para freír porque los alimentos no absorben y pueden resaltar el sabor a nuestra comida, sofritas y fritas.
