Home grown ATIS fruit (apple custurd)

in #plant3 years ago

Year 2018 we had a family trip on Vietnam. My father is so amazed to find out that there is an Atis fruit in vietnam. So amazed that after he ate it, he brought back home the seeds. He planted it 4 years ago. Now here it is. Even though my father pass away, i'll make sure to take good care of it.

In Venezuela this fruit is known as "riñón", it is very good, especially when eaten cold, placing it in the refrigerator for a few hours. You could do a post with a vegan recipe using this fruit, it would be the right thing for this community. Greetings.
