El día de hoy les traigo una deliciosa Salsa Napolitana, esta salsa nos sirve para acompañar diferentes platos, tales como: pizzas, vegetales, pastas, sandwiches y hasta se puede consumir como dip. Además la salsa napolitana es bien conocida en todo el mundo y es fácil de hacer; a continuación sigue leyendo para que conozcas el paso a paso para preparar esta delicia.

Today I bring you a delicious Neapolitan sauce, this sauce is used to accompany different dishes, such as: pizzas, vegetables, pasta, sandwiches and can even be consumed as a dip. Ingredientes:

• 500 gramos de tomates maduros
• 7 dientes de ajo pequeños
• 10 hojas de albahaca fresca
• 5 cucharadas de aceite
• 3 cucharaditas de azúcar
• 1/4 cucharadita de pimienta negra molida
• 1/2 cucharada de sal

Ingredients:

• 10 fresh basil leaves
• 5 tablespoons of oil
• 3 teaspoons of sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Vamos a iniciar nuestra preparación blanqueando los tomates, para esto con un cuchillo afilado hacemos una pequeña cruz en la parte inferior de los mismos; seguidamente colocamos una olla con agua al fuego y al estar hirviendo los incorporamos y dejamos en el agua de 4 a 5 minutos.

We are going to start our preparation by blanching the tomatoes, for this, with a sharp knife we ​​make a small cross in the lower part of them; then we put a pot with water on the fire and when it is boiling we incorporate them and leave them in the water for 4 to 5 minutes.

Una vez pasado el tiempo retiramos del agua, después pelamos bajo agua fría, luego cortamos en cuartos.

Once the time has elapsed, remove from the water, then peel under cold water, then cut into quarters.

Después pelamos y cortamos los ajos en cuadros pequeños. Ahora colocamos una sartén al fuego, añadimos el aceite y una vez caliente agregamos el ajo; cocinamos por unos minutos a fuego bajo hasta dorar.

Then we peel and cut the garlic into small squares. Now we put a pan on the fire, add the oil and once hot add the garlic; cook for a few minutes over low heat until golden brown.

Mientras el ajo esta en el fuego y sin dejar de remover por momentos, tomamos los tomates y los incorporamos en la licuadora con un poco de agua. Licuamos muy bien hasta que no queden grumos.

While the garlic is on the fire and without stopping stirring at times, we take the tomatoes and incorporate them into the blender with a little water. Blend very well until there are no lumps.

Seguidamente añadimos la mezcla de tomates a la sartén, al igual que la sal, azúcar y pimienta. Mezclamos hasta integrar. Luego agregamos la albahaca, removemos.

Next we add the tomato mixture to the pan, as well as the salt, sugar and pepper. Mix until integrated. Then we add the basil, remove.

Cocinamos a fuego bajo hasta que la preparación este con consistencia de salsa. Una vez lista retiramos del fuego.

Servimos y ya podemos disfrutar del sabor de esta deliciosa salsa. Podemos acompañar lo que deseemos o usarla para algunas preparaciones que se requiera. Con estas cantidades nos rinde para dos tazas.
