El día de hoy les traigo unos deliciosos Panes de Avena tipo Arepas; estos sabrosos panes son ideales para el desayuno o cena. Son muy fáciles de hacer y quedan increíbles, a continuación te muestro el paso a paso para su preparación. | Greetings to all my friends from Plant Power (Vegan), it is a pleasure for me to be with all of you again. Today I bring you some delicious Arepas type Oatmeal Breads; these tasty breads are ideal for breakfast or dinner. They are very easy to make and they look incredible, below I will show you the step by step for their preparation. |

| • 2 tazas de avena en hojuelas • 3 cucharadas de aceite vegetal • 1 taza de agua • 10 gramos de levadura • 1/2 cucharadita de sal | • 2 cups of rolled oats • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil • 1 cup of water • 10 grams of yeast • 1/2 teaspoon salt |

| Agregamos la avena en la licuadora, licuamos hasta que la avena quede como una harina. Seguidamente incorporamos en un envase. | Add the oatmeal to the blender, blend until the oatmeal is like a flour. Then we incorporate it into a container. |
| Luego colocamos una olla al fuego con el agua y tibiamos. Cuando empiece a formar burbujas apagamos el fuego, no debemos dejar hervir. | Then we put a pot on the fire with the water and lukewarm. When bubbles begin to form, turn off the heat, we must not let it boil. |
| Después con ayuda de una cuchara hacemos un hoyo en el centro de la harina de avena y vamos a añadir, la levadura, sal, aceite y el agua tibia. | Then, with the help of a spoon, make a hole in the center of the oatmeal and add the yeast, salt, oil and warm water. |
| Removemos hasta integrar los ingredientes muy bien y formar nuestra masa. | We stir until we integrate the ingredients very well until we form our dough. |
| Luego partimos la masa en tamaños iguales, seguidamente con ayuda de las manos le damos forma a nuestros panes. | Then we divide the dough into equal sizes, then with the help of our hands we shape our breads. |
| Después colocamos una sartén al fuego, aceitamos y una vez caliente vamos a incorporar uno de los panes para cocinar. Al estar dorados por ambos lados retiramos del fuego y continuamos cocinando el resto de los panes hasta culminar. Vamos disponiendo en un plato. | Then we place a frying pan on the fire, oil and once hot we are going to incorporate one of the breads to cook. | Servimos y ya podemos disfrutar de nuestros deliciosos Panes de Avena tipo Arepas. Con estas cantidades rinde para tres panes, si deseas mas puedes duplicar las cantidades. | We serve and we can now enjoy our delicious Arepas type Oatmeal Breads. With these quantities it yields three breads, if you want more you can double the quantities. |
