Oh my goodness, your food presentation is one of the best always 🥰. I love cassava, lots of hard work, and patience it requires we used to make cassava cake too, the traditional. Yours is a bit fancy. Adding pandan for colorong is a brilliant idea. I should have known that a long time ago :)
