Hoy quiero mostrarle cómo preparar una deliciosa y nutritiva : Crema de zanahoria con berenjena.
Esta receta es fácil de preparar, la zanahoria posee muchas propiedades al ser consumida como: aumentar el consumo de glóbulos rojos,es rica en betacaroteno,mejora la visión y en muchos casos cuando la persona no quiere comer es especial para abrir el apetito.
La berenjena posee muchas vitaminas y es diurética, así que invito a que preparen la crema de zanahoria y berenjena.Buenos días a todos mis amigos que hacen vida en #hive, deseando que estén bien.
Ingredientes para la preparación de la receta:
- 2 zanahorias.
- 1 berenjena.
- 2 ajíes.
- 1 cebolla.
- 1 cucharadita de orégano.
- Sal al gusto.
- 1 ajo.
- 50 ml de aceite.
- 1 ramita de culantro.
Aquí mostraré el paso a paso de la preparación de la receta:
- Lo primero que se hace es lavar los ajíes, quitar la concha de la cebolla y pelar el ajo, para luego proceder a picarlos en trozos pequeños.
- Poner en un caldero con un poquito de aceite para sofreir.
- Quitar la concha de la zanahoria y picar en trozos .
- Después que todo esté sofrito agregar al caldero lo trozos de zanahoria para que se sancoche
- Lavar con agua la ramita de culantro y picar en pedazos pequeños para agregar al caldero,
- Agregar , sal , orégano y un poquito de agua para sancochar la zanahoria y tapar, dejar aproximadamente 20 minutos o hasta que se ablande la zanahoria.
- Lavar la berenjena y picar en tajadas, dejarla por un rato en un envase con agua y un poquito de sal.
- Poner a asar la berenjena en una plancha, esperar que se dore por ambos lados y ya.
- Cuando se haya aflojado la zanahoria, bajar de la candela, dejar que se enfríe para licuar.
- Picar las rodajas de berenjenas asadas en pedacitos y colocar de guarnición sobre la crema de zanahoria.
Resultado final de la nutritiva crema de zanahoria y berenjena.

Hi, I'm glad to see you blog, I am looking for a great receipe for thick, creamy, carrots soup. One that I can simmer in my crockpot all day. there are a lot of recepies for eggplant or carrots soups, but most of them are thin, watery broths. I'm looking for something that's more homeade and hearty. Thanks for sharing so much!
