Las panquecas son nutritivas , a los niños les gustan mucho y a los adultos también.
Pancakes are nutritious, children like them a lot and so do grown-ups.
Ingredientes:
- 1 cambur.
- 50 gramos de avena
- 2 bolita de chocolate casero.
- 50 gramos de maicena.
- Sal al gusto.
- 60 gramos de azúcar.
Ingredients:
- 1 cambur.
- 50 grams of oatmeal
- 2 homemade chocolate balls.
- 50 grams of cornstarch.
- Salt to taste.
- 60 grams of sugar.
Preparación:😋
- Colocar en la cocina una olla con agua , el chocolate y azúcar para que se derrita.
- Disuelve en una taza con agua la maicena para luego agregarla al chocolate.
- Vas mezclando con una cuchara para que no se pegue.Luego retiras del fuego y reservar.

- Place in the kitchen a pot with water, chocolate and sugar to melt.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in a cup with water and then add it to the chocolate.
- Mix with a spoon so it doesn't stick, then remove from the stove and set aside.
- Pelar el cambur y triturarlo.
- Después de triturado ,agrega la avena, la maicena , sal y mezcla
- Peel the cambur and mash it.
- After mashing, add the oatmeal, cornstarch, salt and mix.
- Agrega agua y mezcla.
- Add water and mix.
- Coloca una plancha en la candela , espera a que se caliente y echar la mezcla , espera a que se dore por ambos lados.
- Y ya está listo, a disfrutar de las deliciosas panquecas.
- Place a griddle on the stove, wait for it to heat up and pour the mixture, wait for it to brown on both sides.
- And now it's ready, enjoy the delicious pancakes.
