Greetings to you all hivers am happy to share to you a wonderful home made recipe which is rice and beans.
It is a delicacy prepared mostly by Nigerians and there are two ways to prepare it which is with red oil and groundnut oil.
Which much people love red oil one very well that is why I decided to prepare my with that also and with pumpkin leaf because I love it so much and I know you will love it too.
Pumpkin leaf is mostly used for soup and less used on recipe,Pumpkin leaves are a nutritious and edible part of the pumpkin plant. Here are some benefits and uses of pumpkin leaves:

ingredients used
- 2 cups of rice
- 2 cups of beans
- 4 piece of tomatoes
- 3 piece of onions
- Handful of pepper
- Half small plate of oil
- Bunch of pumpkin
- Salt to taste
procedure
First I selected the beams out of stones
then I perboiled my beans
after perboiling it I perboil my rice
as I was perboiling it I get everything ready for the cooking
after that I set my pot to heat
after been heated I added oil and allow to heat after then I add onions
added tomatoes
and stir very well after that I added water to it and stir
after the water I added the beans them add the rice
Them I add salt and pepper to it
Then stir and leave it to soft and cook very well, as I was waiting for it I slice the pumpkin
and wash and keep till it is done after that I added it to the cooking
And mix very well
After that I added the remaining slice onions and tomatoes and mix very well
Wow my recipe is ready.
Oh my children is hungry is time to eat
Wow is very delicious my children complimented am sure you will also love it when you give it a taste.
