procedure
First I peel and slice my plantain wash it and pour inside the pot and get it boiling
()
Then I get the things am cooking with ready, I slice onions and tomatoes
Slice the water leaf
Chop the green beans
At this point I checked the plantain to see if it's already softened. Then I was ready to add other ingredients
Then I added salt to the plantain
Add palm oil to it
I put the chopped veggies, the tomatoes, onions, green peas, and fresh pepper
Stir completely and cover for about five minutes. Then add the chopped water leaf inside
After putting the leaf, cover for a few seconds, stir and it was all ready to be served
Below my kids are excited at the dish, they love how it turned out
I'm happy for this space that lets me share my recipes and I'm happy to share this one.
